Programme Leader

**The Role**

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Programme Leader in Health and Education, covering Health and Social Care Apprenticeships and associated assessing qualifications such as TAQA. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and shape the future of students entering the health and social care sector by delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in both practical and theoretical aspects of the field.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**

As a vital member of the Health, Education and Science team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the development and delivery of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring curriculum quality and relevance.
- Delivering inclusive, high-standard teaching, learning, and assessment in Health and Social Care.
- Managing programme recruitment, student progress tracking, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supporting student success through effective mentoring and developmental guidance.
- Contributing to curriculum design and continuous quality enhancement within the department.
