**Who Are We Looking For?**

We’re seeking a unique individual who brings experience and passion to the role. We need someone with proven experience in residential childcare. Your passion for making a positive impact on young lives should shine

You must have previous and relevant experience of working with young people and families or have worked in a residential setting and have extensive experience of working with young people experiencing crisis. A strong background in therapeutic parenting, behaviour support and de-escalation techniques is also essential. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and full driving license is essential.

We need someone who has an exceptional ability to lead by example, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You will have the ability to adapt to changing environments and overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
