**The Role**

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a proactive and student-focused Progress Tutor to join our Construction Department. This essential role supports students’ academic and personal development, ensuring they achieve their full potential and successfully progress into further study or employment.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**

As a key member of the Construction team, your primary responsibilities are:

- Coordinating and supporting effective learning for students, including monitoring their progress across all qualification levels.
- Developing and managing individual learning plans, ensuring students achieve their goals.
- Tracking and evaluating interventions to enhance student performance.
- Embedding employability skills and graduate skills within the curriculum.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and outcomes using college systems.
- Supporting quality improvement activities, including audits and inspections, to uphold high standards.
