We work with awarding organisations, local authorities, health care trusts, higher education providers and schools to provide educational resources and training.

Working out of our modern offices in Nantwich just 5 minutes away from the town centre. We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic administrator to join our expanding team. This will be a varied role, working for a medium sized company supporting with all aspects of the Administration.

**The Role**
- Answering the telephone and meeting and greeting customers.
- Setting up the meeting room for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Ensuring that software is updated and working effectively.
- Provide information on company webchat by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; liaising with internal staff to ensure levels do not reach minimum levels.
- Maintain levels of refreshment supplies for staff.
- Reporting faults and chasing up enquiries and dealing with suppliers.
- Organise and liaise with external agents to arrange collection of confidential items when required.
- Organise and liaise with external agents to arrange the destruction of confidential items when required.
- Completing weekly Health & Safety checks
- Completing quarterly Fire Safety checks
- Supporting all operational functions within the organisation as and when required with administrative support to include the Production Studio and Sales & Marketing

You will be
- Willing to take on a range of administrative and support duties within an expanding company.
- Be a pro-active administrative assistant who is able to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Confident in using Microsoft office.
- An effective communicator with the ability to take instruction and feedback.
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Looking to work within a busy production environment and keen to learn within a very niche industry.
- Available to work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
