We are on a mission to remove as much excess CO2 from the atmosphere as we can, in order to avoid the most disastrous effects of global warming and the climate crisis. We’re achieving this by employing a variety of carbon removal technologies that are profitable, meaning we can scale up our carbon removal technologies, and grow a climate solution which removes significant amounts of CO2 from the atmosphere. Our tools to do this have expanded from reforestation alone to co-deploying reforestation with biochar and enhanced weathering, two relatively new carbon removal technologies being trialled, potentially increasing the amount of carbon sequestered per hectare by an order of magnitude. Our ambition is to remove a billion tons of carbon per year from the atmosphere by 2030.

**About the role**

The Head of Enterprise Sales will define and develop commercial relationships with partners, platforms, and other intermediaries. The role is responsible for defining and implementing FFC’s strategy for selling our products. The role will require forecasting and developing strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. The Head of Enterprise Sales will create, build and maintain relationships with clients. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in key markets.

What will you do

You will be responsible for building a customer centric culture, fusing a deep understanding of our users with data driven insight.
- Develop and test various pricing approaches based on different factors that influence price
- Deliver sales and gross margin targets in line with budget
- Identify and target new customers and turn them into accounts
- Manage and retain a portfolio of current customers
- Designing programmes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understanding and communicating the organisation Value Proposition and processes
- Analyse market trends and plan to react to ensure we lead in the market
- Develop a compelling pipeline strategy that sets out the key objectives
- Deliver a vision and strategy to drive transformational growth for all key accounts
- Anticipate on changes in the landscape, customer behaviour or competitors and develop a 360-degree business plan to ensure future profitable growth
- Collaborate closely with other functions such as commercial, finance, operations, and group functions to align plans with other departments
- Deliver an accurate twelve-month rolling forecast that accounts for sales trends, promotions, NPD
- Manage a promotional budget in line with forecasts and retail activity plan
- Use data regularly from Salesforce to improve compliance
- Deliver compelling, well thought through and inspiring presentations to the retailer
- Develop technical capabilities of the team and follow up on areas highlighted through 1:1 coaching
- Create a work environment across a remote working team that is rewarding and enjoyable sharing achievements and celebrating success.
- Lead career development to maximise potential leading to the promotion of internal talent.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders with impact to deliver results

**About you**

You will have strong stakeholder and relationships management skills.

Essential:

- Strong leadership and team management/development experience
- Experience leading a B2B Enterprise Sales team at scale and building fantastic consumer experiences on high traffic platforms.
- Proven experience selling into large corporates and arranging multi-year deals
- Ability to hire and develop talent and building strong teams.
- Ability to connect strategy with business outcomes, fluency in strategy discussions.
- Ability to drive effective cross-functional collaboration between departments
- Good analytical skills positioning you as a reliable partner
- Good technical breadth and depth
- A proven track record of growing KPIs
- Strong business acumen, very financially literate
- Excellent communicator able to influence and convince at all levels
- Strong analytical mind with attention to detail
- Has been exposed to senior level account negotiations
- Evidence of Budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines
- Proven track record in developing and leading a team
- The ability to think strategically and implement short-term and longer-term departmental objectives
- Qualification in Sales and Account Management or degree in business related field.

Desirable
- Familiarity working within the sustainability sector
- Experience of working in a start-up environment
- Level 6 Executive Diploma in Strategic Sales and Account Management

**Working environment**

You will be required to work remotely, but be expected to travel as required by the role and agreed with your line manager
