We are currently seeking an excellent confident & experienced office Administrator ideally with experience in Dispatch operations but not essential to work in our clients busy production department for a major manufacturing organisation based in Barrow Upon Humber.

You will be working in a comfortable office environment working alongside a small friendly team and receive full support and training.

As a Production Office Administrator you will

Process orders

Ensure all dispatched products are dispatched efficiently

Manage basic purchase ledger processes

Deal with internal order/stock enquirers

Liaise with transport/dispatch/sales/ accounts departments

Manage stock control admin and associated administration

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have excellent PC based skills including Excel

The role is Mon-Fri Office hours 0700-1500 or 0800-1600

Pay: £12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
