3D Personnel are currently looking for a Safety Advisor in Leeds.

The position is Temporary with a potential of going permanent.

Hybrid working 85% office / 15% home. Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5 (tbc)

**The purpose of the role**:Enabling our operational team to deliver their projects in a continually improving, safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable manner.

You will
- Conduct site audits, ensuring working practices are safe and comply with CDM 2015.
- Ensure CDM processes and procedures are implemented
- Communicate effectively with the Project Managers and Site Mangers providing technical advice and support.
- Mentor and develop the team to enhance understanding and buy-in to health, safety & the environment.
- Identify good practice or gaps in performance. Providing robust reports and supporting the development of actions plans.
- Analysing management information as to the teams health and safety record to enable improve performance, and identify and share good practice.
- Assist the managers in the investigations of incidents and participate in investigations, identifying their root causes and actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Provide practical advice and guidance on environmental risk & controls.
- Contribute to improvement in process and procedure including documents, records and forms.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of implementing Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015
- Experience of Project Management & construction activity.
- Entry-level health & safety qualification qualification (e.g. NEBOSH certificate)
- Able to undertake audits to current versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- A working knowledge of accident reporting and ability to conduct incident and accident investigations using the recognised methodology and provide advice on preventive actions to address root cause.
- Membership of a professional institution (IOSH, IEMA, CQI or similar) - or working toward membership
- A full and current driving licence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £180.00-£225.00 per day
