As one of our Clinical Safety Advisors, you’ll be a fundamental part of EMIS Group, providing guidance to the customer support team in relation to clinical safety ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction to maintain high standards.

**What you’ll do**
Our Clinical Advisors have responsibility for leading a culture which places clinical safety at the forefront of our Support function, for the benefit of our customers and their patients. You’ll ensure clinical safety related risks associated with a health IT system are actively managed and customer satisfaction is maintained, ensuring best practice clinical safety standards are adopted.
Clinical safety is our number one priority, and this position plays a key role in making sure this is achieved, promoted, and maintained.
Key responsibilities.
- Clinical Safety training and feedback for Support Analysts
- Assessing and prioritising incidents flagged as clinical impact and escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure incident management processes are in place and adhered to
- Review knowledge base articles for potential clinical risk
- Providing clinical expertise, in the form of advice and review of incidents and problems
**The team you’ll join**
You will be joining a team of Clinicians from varied clinical backgrounds which report into our Head of Clinical Safety, Diane.
As the opportunity is all about promoting a culture of clinical safety you will work across the wider business, so you’ll need to be a strong communicator and team player.
**What you’ll bring**
These are the skills and experience you’ll need to set yourself up for success in this role:
- You will need to be a clinician (for example, a nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, or other allied health professional) and have a current registration with a professional governing body.
- You’ll have relevant clinical experience.
- Familiar with clinical processes and ideally EMIS clinical systems
- You will need to be a strong self-starter and have the ability to learn at pace.
**What We’ll Give You**
