We are currently seeking an experienced **Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)** to join our team on a planned works programme based in **Sheffield**. This role will focus on **Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF)** projects and **adaptation works**, ensuring tenants are fully supported throughout the process.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for residents during planned works.
- Manage tenant communications, including updates, access arrangements, and complaint resolution.
- Support vulnerable residents and ensure mínimal disruption during works.
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, and housing officers to coordinate schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues raised.

? Requirements:

- Proven experience as an RLO, ideally within **social housing**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic approach to tenant concerns.
- Confident handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
- Knowledge of SHDF and adaptation works is highly desirable.
