This includes liaising with the firm's bankers. - Payments to partners - regular monthly payments ("drawings") and periodic payments to clear the balance of profits earned but not yet paid ("distributions") - Calculation and payment of interest due to partners in respect of balances held by the firm - Dealing with partner costs / charges - Liaising with the General Counsels and partnership secretary with arrangements for new partners, leavers and changes to arrangements - Recording and updating balances of profits retained after allowing for tax provisions in conjunction with the tax team - General accounting **About You** Previous experience working as part of an accounts team would be preferred.
