We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an **Employee Support Specialist**, where you’ll provide essential support to our newest employees as they embark on their journey with us. They may be starting their first jobs or returning to work after a break, and includes supporting young people transitioning out of care, ex-offenders, career returners, the long-term unemployed, NEETs, and disabled people.

In this newly created role, you’ll guide employees through their initial months with us, addressing concerns with empathy and discretion to ensure a smooth transition and a positive start. This includes coaching, mentoring, and signposting to professional services.

Serving as a designated Safeguarding Lead, you’ll also ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults and young people at Severn Trent, by following policies and responding to concerns.
