**We are looking for Advanced Support Workers to join us in Nuneaton, Bedworth & Coventry**

You will provide person centred support to empower adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. These individuals may display behaviours that challenge and have complex needs. You will support them to live a **fulfilled and independent life back into the community**.

As part of your role you will work alongside our dedicated **Therapeutic Support Team,** who will support you through weekly team meetings, during which time you can reflect on the person centred support being provided and have an active input in the person we supports support plans.

You will receive training around autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. We will also support you to gain your essential skills certificate. You will have regular supervision meetings with your team leader to support your developing potential plans.

**As a new service, a key part of the role will be transitioning the People We Support out of their current setting and into their own home within the community. The transition will be based in B37 to which you will temporarily be expected to travel to (don’t worry, we’ll pay your expenses). This will be discussed more in detail at interview stage.**
