We provide a professional service to people of all ages in their own homes.

We meet service users needs to assist them with tasks of daily living to help keep their independence and allowing them to live within their own homes for longer.

We are recruiting staff to work in the Allesley Village, Allesley Park, Coundon, Whitmore Park, Holbrooks, Keresley, Radford and Whoberley areas of Coventry.

: Hourly rate - £11.68 to £12.00

: Enchanced rates for evenings and weekends

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
: Applicants must be drivers with access to a vehicle

**Support workers duties include**:
: Showering and Washing

: Dressing

: Toileting and continence, catheter care.

: Emptying and cleaning commodes

: Assisting and administrating medication

: Preparing meals and drinks

: Encouragement with eating and drinking

: Washing and drying up

: Using equipment and aids safely to carry out transfers of clients

: Using the call monitoring system to record visits

: Someone who is keen to learn and self motivated

: Will seek guidance and follow instruction when needed

: Can work independently or part of a team

: Excellent time keeper and reliable

: Has good personal hygiene and smart appearance

: Can maintain confidentiality and respect the rights of the service user

: Has a level of fitness to meet the physical demands of the roll

: To follow policies and procedures set down by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £11.68-£12.00 per hour
