This is a role that is full of variety, working with different clients, offering plenty of experience and opportunities to develop your security abilities.

**Security Officer covering Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire area, up to 35 miles.**

**Guaranteed 12 - 48 hours contracts per week with the availability for overtime.**

**Pay rate: £10.75 per hourinclusive of expenses up to 35-miles. Any additional mileage expenses will be paid.**

**This role will cover a shift pattern of days, nights and weekends varying from 8 to 12 hours each shift,**

**Interviews will be conducted face-to-face, on-site.**

**How you will make an impact as a Securitas Security Officer**:

- Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site.
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.
- Patrolling.
- Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Display an outstanding level of customer service.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by Management.

**Essential Skills**

**What you will bring to be a Relief Security Officer**:

- **A valid SIA Licence or willing to attain with our support**:

- **Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment**:

- **A full UK driving licence and own vehicle**:

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be punctual and reliable.
