**The role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out regular patrols of Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital car parks located in Central London (SE1).
- Issuing enforcement notices to vehicles contravening the site specific regulations
- Precise and immediate reporting of all incidents and issues to the Line Manager
- Frontline machine maintenance when required
- Providing excellent customer service and assist car park users when required

- Good problem and analytical solving skills
- Being self-driven and pro-active
- Well-organised and great attention to detail
- Good verbal and overall communication skills

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
