We are on the lookout for a **HR Coordinator** to join us on **a 12-month** **Fixed Term contract** at our site in Bradford.

Working hours for this role would be Monday - Friday, with some flexibility needed.

**Pay, benefits and more**:

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support Manager’s by providing advice on policies and procedures consistently, working alongside other HR Team members collaboratively.
- Produce statistical reports on all aspects of the employee life cycle including but not limited to: recruitment, probations, secondments, mat/paternity. Responsibility would line into ensuring the site is on track to achieving key strategic aims of the campus labour strategy.
- Take responsibility for managing key HR data and information, whilst driving data projects on site.
- Advise managers on recruitment processes on site and act as liaison with external recruitment teams

- Previous experience in a similar role or HR Team
