Resourcer (Rota) Coordinator

**Your responsibilities as their Resourcer (Rota) Co-ordinator**:
- Identify suitable staff to support our clients
- Schedule weekly staff rotas
- Liaise with staff and clients on a regular basis
- To maintain staff information such as sickness absence and annual/other leave
- Identify recruitment current and future needs
- Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis, approximately 1 week in 4
**What experience and skills do you need?**
- General administration experience
- Health Care sector experience (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
- Ambition and the determination to succeed
