At Yorkshire Housing, we’re all about delivering brilliant customer experiences—and our contact centre is at the heart of that. As our new **Resource Planning Coordinator**, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Forecasting customer contact volumes and building smart, efficient schedules
- Keeping a close eye on real-time performance and making quick adjustments when needed
- Working closely with our Resource Planning Expert and operational teams to make sure we’ve got the right people with the right skills, right when we need them
- Using data to spot trends, flag risks, and help shape our future workforce strategy
- Supporting managers with clear, helpful insights and reports that drive performance

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or contact centre operations
- A sharp eye for detail and a love of data
- Confidence using tools like Excel and real-time adherence systems
- Great communication skills—you’ll be sharing insights and updates with managers and stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- A customer-first approach in everything you do
- Confident challenging others—you’re comfortable speaking up to improve decisions and drive better outcomes

- Experience in a similar role within a contact centre environment

**The important bits**:
This a full-time (35hours per week), **£**26,509.29**per annum, for a 35 hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
