**About this opportunity**:
This fantastic opportunity is for a 12-month FTC maternity cover Receptionist / Administrator in our Glasgow office.

Reporting to the administration manager - this role is to provide general admin support across the business teams, this will also include front of house tasks.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- General administration support including printing and distributing mailshots.
- Assist with on-going project requirements across the business.
- Answering and diverting calls
- Calling clients and arranging annual review meetings
- Inputting client advice reviews
- Collating and producing annual statements ahead of client meetings.
- Arranging internal and external payments
- Providing support to the front of house daily and fulltime cover for sick leave/holidays.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Scanning and filing client documents.
- Ordering stationary and other office supplies, ensuring that these are always maintained.
- Working with the administration manager on day-to-day admin duties, management of the premises and office support.

**Skills/Experience**:

- High level of accuracy and proven attention to detail is critical.
- MS Office skills MS Word, Excel
- Minimum 1 Year office-based experience desirable
- Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively; meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
- Flexible and reliable team member
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per hour
