**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to work on an Ad Hoc basis for cover of annual leave and sickness for our clients office based in a City Centre office in Glasgow. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
