**The Role**:

- Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements using TEAMS software.
- Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials.
- Competent & accurate completion of lab paperwork including Bulk Samples posted in a timely manner.
- Deliver all asbestos services to the highest standards as set out in current and relevant HSE legislation, in line with UKAS accreditation and company procedural documentation.
- Personal growth where required in all areas for full competency and certification in all areas of the consultancy job role as outlined within this job description.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge with trainees, and supporting colleagues.
- Pay: Up to £40,000 per year - dependant on experience and qualifications.

As well as the usual asbestos surveying, we also offer the opportunity to grow by giving you the chance to deliver asbestos training, asbestos-contaminated land services, asbestos management, asbestos removal management, and generally working with our clients on all things asbestos.

**Requirements**:

- Previous minimum 12 months experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company.
- Certifications and qualifications in asbestos surveying - P402 is essential. Any other asbestos modules would be a benefit.
- A Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Effective communication skills to be able to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Flexibility to travel to client’s premises to undertake required Asbestos Services.
- Clean, UK driving License.

**Salary**: Up to £34,000.00 per year
