We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our busy team based in Kettering.
The Building Surveying Graduate opportunity will involve working in our busy Kettering office, gaining experience in a wide range of building surveying projects and instructions.
You could be involved in anything from surveying an office prior to an acquisition, project managing the construction of a new distribution warehouse or the external redecoration of a multi-million-pound listed building - the work undertaken by the KetteringOffice is as varied as it is interesting.
The graduate will be involved in all facets of the work, assisting the fee earners across the department in all aspects of building surveying.

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week to be worked following our agile philosophy
**Graduate Building Surveyor Duties**:
- Assisting surveyors with completion of jobs including site visits, project meetings, defect diagnosis, report writing among many other things.
- Working effectively with the team, helping with various business development tasks.
- Attending internal and client meetings.
- Liaising with clients, contractors and colleagues from across the country.
**Graduate Building Surveyor Requirements**:
- A practical understanding of property, land and business.
- Ability and confidence in dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- IT capability.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Own transport.
- Related work experience desired but not essential.
- An enjoyment of trying new things
- You will have excellent career prospects and the opportunity to become an integral part of
