Oracle Solutions is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Asbestos Surveying team. At Oracle, we pride ourselves on delivering all services to completely manage our clients’ asbestos needs. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our asbestos surveying office. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office operations, and proactively manage our clients throughout their customer journey.

**The Role**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the team in all aspects of technical asbestos report writing skills and training requirements.
- Effectively manage the reporting team including daily allocation of survey reports and management of the reporting log.
- Effectively manage both the site based Asbestos Consultants and the Laboratory to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of survey reports to our clients.
- Review asbestos survey reports for consistency, clarity, and compliance with internal standards and client expectations.
- Be the lead in managing the companies electronic asbestos database system (TEAMS) including the site and office systems, ensuring training, development and trouble shooting.
- Find the opportunity in every aspect of service delivery to increase sales and support the success of the company and our clients.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the Asbestos Management team, promoting a positive work environment and teamwork.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting metrics to management, demonstrating the team's performance and contribution to organizational goals.
- Manage internal Teams Client Portal system, ensuring ongoing training, support and updates for clients.
- Conducting client Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) review meetings, to compile all required data and information for production of AMP’s.
- Assisting clients with production of Priority Risk Assessments (PRA’s) and ongoing Asbestos Action Plan requirements, as part of the AMP process.
- Effectively manage internal administration resource to ensure AMP’s are produced and delivered accurately and on time.
- Conducting client Compliance Health Check meetings, covering all aspects of asbestos compliance, including production of associated certification and follow up actions.
- Undertake all Human Resources requirements in line with company procedures to effectively manage direct reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably in the asbestos surveying or construction industry.
- Familiarity with asbestos regulations and guidelines is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills to be able to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to asbestos handling and management is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to £34,000.00 per year
