Based at our Kettering Head Office.

No experience will be needed as you will learn the skills required.

You will be given full training before you start your site experience.

You will sit a recognised full ‘New Asbestos Removal Operative Course’ and once you have done this will gain the experience you need by joining our highly trained and motivated site team.

You will then start an on-the-job training programme designed to give you everything you need to become an expert in your role.

**You**:
Although not a requirement it would be beneficial if you have any construction or building experience including general health and safety.

This is a physically demanding role and requires manual handling, high level access requirements such as climbing scaffolding or similar.

All applicants must:

- Have a willingness to travel with the team when needed. The role will require working anywhere within the UK as required by our customers.
- Have a good level of reading and writing skills.
- Have good overall physical health and be able to lift carry and climb without historical physical injuries or illness which could be affected by such work
- Be over the age of 21 due to insurance requirements
- Have a full UK applicable driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and no history of dangerous or drink driving convictions
- Be willing to undergo a full DBS check for previous convictions as work within premises with this requirement is part of the role

**Salary & Package**:
Holiday Entitlement:

- 28 Days including bank holidays
- Annual leave increases at 1 day per year every 1 year after 2 years to a maximum of 33 Days including Bank Holidays

Pension:

- Pension scheme which is contributed towards by the company

**Salary**:

- Overtime rates are paid in line with relevant salary band
- **Starting salary £24,700 pa**
- **Trained salary starts at £28,600 pa with increases for progression and experience**
