**Salary**:£35,000- £45,000 (Depending on experience)

**Bonus**: 20% (Paid Quarterly)

We partner with Samsung UK and operate the Samsung Experience Stores on the UK high street and online.

**Core Responsibilities Include**:

- Forecasting and Intake Planning
- Work with key client Samsung to deliver weekly forecast and intake plans to deliver agreed sales target for store estate and other revenue channels in line with upcoming promotions and other variables
- Run weekly the CPFR intake with Samsung/ optimising supply by understanding constraints and future challenges
- Support the company revenue and growth to over £50m annually. Manage stockholding of average stock holding value of £5-6m/Approx. 200 devices (different stages of lifecycle).
- Stock Management
- Clearance/Lifecycle management - Work closely with commercial to plan successful launches and key seasonal periods whilst ensuring planning clearance effectively.
- Ensure key metrics delivered - availability is maximised and continuously work in reducing stock cover (under the 4 weeks target).
- Work with the B2B team to support sales target delivery and growth YoY
- Reporting--Reporting to management team and client on a weekly basis. Optimise sales reporting tools to create sales and stock reports to analyse data to highlight opportunities and build into forecasts.
- Support ad hoc sales request from client.
- Merchandising
- Manage and maintain planograms and work towards improved merchandising solutions
- Work with client to deliver merchandising projects in store.
- Lead and manage the junior stock team (1-2 persons) and support accessories planning and attach metric and reporting.
- DC Management
- Manage day to day with the DC and resolve issues effectively by liaising and developing key relationships with DC personnel.
- Work with DC to ensure returns/goods in/outbound and deliveries are processes and pick up any issues promptly
- Team Management
- Deputise for Head of Merchandising as required
- Lead and manage the junior stock team (1-2 persons) and support accessories planning and attach metric and reporting.
- Build effective partnerships with the key stakeholders across the broader organisation, working strategically with partners to leverage efforts and drive efficiencies where possible. Involves working with Client/IT/Finance/Commercial/Marketing and Retail.
- Regular Store visits to ensure merchandise compliance and support key planograms challenges

**Evidencable Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from peers and team
- Passionate about people -from customers to stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise workloads
- A commercially minded approach to retail
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Microsoft 365 skills are essential, specifically around Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Previous experience of stock management
- Previous people management
