Demand Planner We are hiring for a Demand Planner for an amazing business based in Marlow. Do you love numbers, trends, and spotting what others might miss? We’re on the hunt for an awesome Demand Planner to work alongside a brilliant Demand Planning Manager and help shape their strategic direction. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business where your insights actually matter. What You’ll Be Doing Reviewing & analysing sales forecasts — breaking them down by customer and product Spotting risks, patterns, and anomalies before they become headaches Keeping our forecasting history squeaky clean for stronger statistical accuracy Owning phase-in/phase-out updates & master data in our forecasting system Updating system forecasts when needed Supporting monthly demand reviews with Sales Managers Weekly deep-dives into over- and under-selling SKUs Reporting on forecast accuracy and helping drive smarter planning Taking on ad-hoc tasks that keep the department running smoothly What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s as sharp with spreadsheets as they are with strategic thinking: Min. 1 year Demand Planning experience Experience in consumer goods?
