We're on the hunt for an awesome
Demand Planner
to work alongside a brilliant
Demand Planning Manager
and help shape their strategic direction. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, consumer-driven business where your insights actually matter.

What You'll Be Doing
Get ready to dive into data and keep the business ahead of the curve:

  • Reviewing & analysing sales forecasts — breaking them down by customer and product
  • Spotting risks, patterns, and anomalies before they become headaches
  • Keeping our forecasting history squeaky clean for stronger statistical accuracy
  • Owning phase-in/phase-out updates & master data in our forecasting system
  • Updating system forecasts when needed
  • Supporting monthly demand reviews with Sales Managers
  • Weekly deep-dives into over- and under-selling SKUs
  • Reporting on forecast accuracy and helping drive smarter planning
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks that keep the department running smoothly

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's as sharp with spreadsheets as they are with strategic thinking:

  • Min. 1 year Demand Planning experience
  • Strong analytical mindset — you
    love
    digging into data
  • Experience in consumer goods? Even better
  • Cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident handling routine tasks with precision
  • Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivots, IFs, SUMIFs)
  • SAP experience = big bonus
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
