Ador Talent are working with a leading Energy Renewables Engineering company who have been established over 30 years. Our client is currently working on a huge social housing project in Kensington and Chelsea Borough and require a Resident Liaison Officer to work with residents on a large project to install metering & billing services to occupied properties, assist with the coordination of installing new hardware and arrange/schedule engineers to make alterations to current equipment whilst assisting with any queries and helping to solve any problems that may arise.

The Resident Liaison Officer role is a long term contract (min 12 months) covering a large housing project and energy efficiency contract, with a good possibility of future work at the end of this contract.

**Resident Liaison Officer - duities will include**:

- Develop positive relationships with residents, interacting via written and verbal communication
- Ensure residents have been provided with relevant literature relating to the installation process and hardware installed in their property
- Carry out pre-entry property visits and monitor progress during installation
- Ensure disruption to residents is kept to a minimum and that they are satisfied with the quality of works carried out
- Record, manage and escalate any issues and complaints regarding the installation works acting as a point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records, files and incoming documents that relate to tenant liaison responsibilities
- Work closely with the project team to ensure data is recorded efficiently and accurately and in accordance with the project QA procedure
- Attend resident communication events, open days and associated meetings
- Attend daily / weekly site team management meetings

**Ideal Resident Liaison Officer Requirements**:
Basic understanding of the Construction, Housing or Energy sector is ideal. Excellent organisational skills - Ability to work to tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills.
