**The Commercial Mortgage Administrator Role**:
Based in the company's London office, as the Commercial Mortgage Administrator you will be primarily responsible for the administration of high net worth commercial mortgages.
You'll be the Commercial Mortgage Administrator with experience as a commercial mortgage broker that will finalise each case through to completion.
In the job you'll be tasked with the administration of National and International commercial mortgages and providing the best service in the industry to high profile, high net worth clients.
- CeMap qualified is desirable but not essential
- Extensive knowledge of complex commercial mortgages
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to capture and document information and data accurately
- The ability to prioritise and be highly organized
- Understanding of HNW cases
- Astute and ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile for clients
- A pragmatic problem solver
- Enthusiastic self-starter

**The Package**:
Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
