**Summary of role**:
We dont believe in fluffy marketing jargon, so to the point:
Youll already have several years experience working closely with clients, delivering successful campaigns, and have a varied strategic and technical skillset.
As the go-to person in c3 for all things testing, UX and CRO in terms of strategy and implementation, you will provide inspirational leadership, drive and strategic vision and manage delivery of work through strong interpersonal skills, planning, critical thinking and innovation.
As a team leader we need you to be enthusiastic and champion all aspects of CRO throughout the business, contributing to the growth of the business, from marketing through to new business.
Youll be agile and open to embracing new ideas and mediums. But most of all youll be empathetic and open to working with everyone, from junior execs to directors.

- Be up-to-date on best industry practice and regulations in the CRO industry and instrumental in the ongoing development of our CRO product.
- Display a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Educate your team on processes and procedures including scoping, SLAs, briefs and QA measures.
- To lead the execution of testing programmes across a broad client base.
- To work closely with our insights team to fuel our wider insights proposition.
- Thought leadership on CRO, continuously pushing boundaries with new and innovative approaches.
- Work with and educate your team to deliver market leading CRO testing across multiple devices.
- Help the company to grow through efficient delivery of your service and retention of clients.
- Be able to work with and sell innovative ideas to clients in a confident manner.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of various analytics tools.
- Be capable of planning, benchmarking, creating, validating and reporting on a CRO campaign.
- Quality assure campaigns which are being ran by your team to ensure work is executed by junior team members to the right quality standards, on time.
- 4 year plus experience either in house or agency side designing, executing and reporting on CRO performance.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, Optimize.
- Experience with qualitative research methods and integration in a CRO campaign.

- Implement appropriate workflows and quality assurance processes.

- Contribute to growing c3 - whether that be blogging, video marketing, new business, speaking.
- Use your voice - we're a new business so all input is needed to grow the right way.
