I've partnered up with a digital marketing agency based in the North that are looking for an established paid media specialist, with the opportunity to build and grow the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Change of business
- Managing tech suppliers
- bid management, programmatic platforms, reporting suites etc
- Working with the strategic board to achieve goals and set targets
- Working with each department to help drive integration

Team Management
- Resourcing the Paid Media team
- Implementing on going training for the team
- Ensure the team are completing their responsibilities to the best of their ability
- Managing culture, motivation and engagement

Daily Tasks
- Building paid media strategies to achieve client requirements
- Managing multiple paid media accounts for household brands
- Managing clients paid media spend across platforms
- Performing client reviews and identifying growth areas
- Working alongside creative, UX and CRO teams as to collaborate on improving performance
- Monitoring account performance data as to improve campaigns and accounts

Experience Required
- Able to work collaboratively across all divisions of the business
- Experience in team management
- Attention to detail and strong organisation
- Data analysis skills and being able to make recommendations on findings
- 5+ years specialising in paid media, with experience managing large accounts
- Open to self
- improvement, and targeting areas that you'd like to work on
