**Job Purpose**

Providing support to the H&S and SHEQ team to maintain up to date training qualifications across the business. Communicating with participants and training vendors and assisting with development of effective programs. Maintaining the group’s training programs and liaising with the Senior Management Team in the construction, update and delivery of the training and competency matrix.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating of employees and overseeing the management of their training programs.
- Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets etc.
- Creating training requests and seeking approval from senior management for all training bookings.
- Maintaining compliance with all data protection controls and laws.
- Booking classroom, virtual, or other appropriate venues and ensuring effective diary management of participants, in conjunction with management teams.
- Planning group bookings, diary management and overseeing execution of these
Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of materials such as instructional/revision notes, feedback forms etc.
- Management of all training certification following completion of courses, chasing overdue and ensuring all certificates are accurate.
- Logging all certificates on our IMS systems and company Occupational Health files.
- Serving as a bridge or a point of contact for vendors and participants
- Handling and resolving all issues as they arise, such as cancellations
- Ensuring that employees and vendors follow established guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and audit training performance
- Creating and updating training matrix and assisting other parts of the business reporting training analytics when required.
- Participating in the planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs.
- Assist in the planning, creation, and implementation occupational health programs (delivered by medical professionals) booking and setting appropriate venues, managing schedules.
- To review and evaluation of training, recommending changes that are appropriate to enhance effectiveness.
