**Training Project Co-ordinator**

**Summary**
My client is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their friendly and passionate operations team.
As the main point of contact for bespoke clients, you will manage 35-45 projects/clients from start to finish, overseeing simple and complex training programmes.
Your working day will include assisting client contacts, learners, and our own trainers at various stages of their training programme, managing multiple clients of varying sizes, and organising 1 to 5-day modular programmes across UK and international locations.
You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and organised with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Managing the training logistics from start to finish of our customised training programmes- Working with our sales team from when a contract has been agreed to make sure the programme runs smoothly and to the highest quality end-to-end- Being the first port of call and building ongoing client relationships- Being confident to resolve any issues or concerns to high level for clients & trainers- Taking part in client meetings, both face-to-face and virtually- Managing the trainers’ diaries & booking in their calls and meetings with clients- Agreeing & organising joining information and communications to delegates- Collating and presenting feedback to clients and internally for pro-active repeat business opportunities- Creating detailed project plans when necessary- Setting up projects using our project management system- Ensuring training materials are printed & supplied correctly and on time & budget- Managing client’s expectations and agreeing milestones, deadlines, and dates for each section of training- Managing changes to programmes, ensuring timely and correct information is provided across all involved departments- Providing after support resources- Answer incoming calls and managing shared inboxes for enquiries when required- Booking all aspects of travel and accommodation for trainers within the UK and Internationally- Work closely with finance to ensure the client are invoiced correctly throughout their journey- Supporting the other divisions of the business when required- Contributing towards the office tidiness/office shopping/stock and general office duties***

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Must have at least two years’ experience in a busy administration, customer service or project-based role- Be approachable, helpful, positive, and professional even when under pressure- Educated to A Level including English and Maths- Must be extremely organised, driven & resilient- Ability to work in a busy & high-pressured environment- Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative and creativity for ideas and process improvement- Able to think ‘big picture’ in terms of cross departmental processes and business costs- Able to work within tight deadlines & prioritise workload efficiently- Solutions focussed with a growth and improvement mindset- Must be confident at using all office programmes including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Must have excellent written & verbal skills- Experience of using different software systems/tools - IT/Tech savvy- Experience in the training or events industry advantageous- Experience of setting up virtual webinars/training/meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, skype all highly advantageous- Experience of working with awarding bodies, such as ILM, CPD or CMI advantageous- Be willing to travel to client locations across the UK on occasion- Able to adapt to different roles, such as taking on admin for our Open Course provision and internal projects for the Senior Leadership Team***

**Package**

**Salary**: £24-26k depending on experience and skillset
**Hours**: Full time (37.5 hours) based at our HQ in Coventry working 8.30am - 5pm & 9.00am - 5.30pm shift patterns.
**Holiday**:22 days plus Bank Holidays with an additional 2 days added for each full year of employment up to a maximum of 30 days
**Bonus**: Annual bonus of up to 10% based on company profit and performance
