Butler Rose is currently working alongside our top FTSE250 Facilities Management client in search for two exciting temporary Finance Business Partner to join their growing and friendly Finance team. This role will be based in their Tewkesbury office and is a six month opportunity, salary will be up to 350 per day depending on experience.

**Duties**:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reporting.
- Work closely with the heads of programmes, operational teams.
- Support the business in the budget and forecasting process, working in partnership to flag risks.
- Support efficiency initiatives through cost base insight and reviews.
- Building, maintaining and influencing strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal to Client.
- Drive the impact and understanding of financial information through insightful reporting and interpretation to influence decision making and promote business performance across the business.
- Report performance to senior stakeholders (Finance Director, Managing Director and Head of Finance)
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/AAT/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work in complex financial environments.
- Experience of using SAP and /or CAFMs is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- A high degree of financial, commercial and customer awareness.
