**Job Overview**:

- **We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner**, on a fixed term 18-month contract to cover maternity leave,** to join the Telecoms team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance for Telecoms.**:

- **The FBP will work alongside a team of 6 FBP's in delivering month end results across all contracts.**:

- **The role is commercially focused, support the heads of programmes and operations teams and fellow finance team. This important role will be instrumental in delivering monthly management accounts, delivering finance reports, setting plans, improving processes and monitoring the performance of the business.**:

- **This role will **predominantly manage the Cellnex and H3G accounts, but will be required to support on other accounts as required by the Head of Finance.****:

- **This is a hybrid working role, primarily based at Mitie Telecoms head office in the Tewkesbury with some travel required to other Mitie Telecoms sites as well as the ability to work from home.**

**Main Duties**
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reporting.
- Role will require extensive use of several data systems (such as Business Central, BluQube, Archdesk and other CAFM's) in order to extract data and deliver reports.
- Work closely with the heads of programmes, operational teams and fellow finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support the business in the budget and forecasting process, working in partnership to flag risks and opportunities early to enable robust accounting and forecasting.
- Support efficiency initiatives through cost base insight and reviews.
- Building, maintaining and influencing strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal to Mitie Telecoms and the wider Mitie Group.
- Drive the impact and understanding of financial information through insightful reporting and interpretation to influence decision making and promote business performance across the business.
- Report performance to senior stakeholders (Finance Director, Managing Director and Head of Finance)
- The FBP will play a key role in ensuring Mitie Telecoms delivers accurate reporting of the monthly results, ensuring they reflect the current performance of the business and driving initiatives as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualified accountant (CIMA/AAT/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work in complex financial environments.
- Experience of using SAP and /or CAFMs is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- A high degree of financial, commercial and customer awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and driven environment.
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work related issues.
- Must be a team player, but have the ability to work on own initiative.
- Drive the impact and understanding of financial information through insightful reporting and interpretation to influence decision making and promote business performance across the business.
