Office Administrator/personal Assistant

**About the job**
**Tasks to include**:
- Managing engineer scheduling
- Utilising job management software, Simpro*, to input new clients, book in and update jobs, send out estimates and invoices
- Handling communication with domestic and commercial clients
- Managing the company inbox
- Monitoring new website enquiries and dealing with emergency call-outs
- Communicating with merchants and ordering supplies and materials for each job (service, maintenance or scheduled works, ie. boiler installations)
- Researching specialist materials for more involved works
- Booking in engineer training and events
