My client is looking for experienced Road Sales Account Managers or BDMs who will be supporting the business growth..

**Objectives
- Bringing in new business via cold calling, leads, client visits
- Role will involve tele sales, face to face selling (B2B), negotiations and presentations
- Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve targets
- Account management
- Achieve sales productivity and revenue targets
- Provide a high level of internal and external customer care
- Provide customers with accurate and cost effective quotations

**Requirements
- Proven track record in Freight Forwarding (ideally Road)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Demonstrate an ability to negotiate and influence others both internally and externally
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in working to targets and deadlines
- Experience of working in a proactive sales role either on the phone or face to face
