**Salary**: £24,000

**Location**: Crawley

**Working hours**: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday + Weekend availability + holding the on-call at an additional pay

**Type of Work**: Full-Time 37.5 hours a week + additional hours

We are looking for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our friendly team at the Crawley office. You will be joining our current coordinator in providing a high-quality service to our clients and staff.

Must have or be willing to work towards an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience of working as a Care coordinator is essential and ideally working with 1000 hours per week in their current role.

**Criteria**
- Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/ rota planning in the care sector
- Experienced using a rostering system
- Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
- Experienced in care calls
- Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone

**Skills and Experience you should have**:

- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Administrative experience
- Full driving licence
