Our dedicated team understands everyone is different. That is why we work with our customers to ensure quality person-centred care is being delivered and providing them with staff to meet those needs. Our number one priority is to always deliver a high standard quality healthcare service.

We are expanding our office team and we are Looking for a new Care Coordinator to join our friendly and caring office Team in Crawley.

Responsibilities:

. to take ownership of detailed work schedules/ rotas for our care staff and nurses, giving both written and verbal instruction/ guidance to them.

. to liaise with care commissioners, prospective service users, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development.

. to keep care staff compliance up to date and to ensure there training is completed yearly.

. to work the out of hours on call on a rota basis.

. to be aware of the quality assurance policy of the company in the provision of the quality service to our clients.

. to communicate with our clients about rotas, meet and greet and shadowing of new care staff.

Skills

Clinical Experience/ Knowledge

. Experience in the care sector.

. Literacy and numeracy skills

. presentation skills

. Computer literate

. administrative experience (but not essential)

Personal attributes

. to be an effective team player

. Good communication skills

. Time management skills

. Ability to cope under pressure

. Have a problem solving attitude

. have patience and understanding
