We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our home care services in both our Brighton and Crawley region. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area. Responsibilities Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager Ability to deliver high standards of care Participate in the paid on-call rota Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans Building relationships with care staff and service users Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential) Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred) NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred) If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organization that can really make a difference to people's lives, then this could be your next role About Care Outlook Care Outlook is an expanding leading home care provider in London and South East of England since 2005.
