**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing enquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers, ensuring optimal patient flow.
- Prep clinics for the doctors and surgeons
- Chaperoning surgeons in clinic
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff, facilitating timely responses to patient needs.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support the healthcare team with various tasks as needed to enhance overall patient care.
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong administrative experience with proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical professionals.
- A compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Fluent in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
