This role requires both impeccable customer service skills and strong organisational ability, as you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client journey from first enquiry to aftercare, while also supporting our medical team in maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards. ⸻ The Role As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their entire ALTA experience. You will guide them through every stage of their treatment journey, from consultation through to follow-up, ensuring they receive consistent 5-star care throughout.
