Rose Mount Supported living is an Independent Service Provision that operates in the heart of Derby. We have a strong reputation for our focus on quality improvement and investing in people. This is an exciting time for individuals seeking a fulfilling and interactive role to join us. We are looking for someone who can work 20 or 25 hours per week.
We are expanding our services and have undergone a sustained period of growth.
1. To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to Management.
3. An essential element of the role will include assisting management to document receipts, book appointments and reviews, managing staff and payroll data and other administrative tasks.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Ensure person-centred approaches are in place to manage administrative duties
Engage with the local community and promote the involvement of the people we support
Provide a safe working environment for residents, staff members and visitors
Ensure rota are effectively managed to utilise resources efficiently to meet residents needs
Be accountable for the financial performance and financial plans for the people you support.
Ensure all records and reports are completed in an accurate and timely way and that administrative processes are adhered to
Actively promote opportunities for residents to have a voice.
Promote equal opportunities, cultural diversity and the rights of people and ensure everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
Establish and maintain effective communications with the people we support, their families, the local community, and local professional networks.
Positively manage internal communications to ensure staff members, volunteers, the people we support, and family members are aware of key decisions and keep the organisation informed through the line management structure.
Maintain a strong customer focus through continuous improvement.
Monitor the service progress via the Bright HR dashboard, ensuring quality standard and targets achieved.
Act as conduit between staff and health and social care partners to enhanced quality of services.

b. Manage diary of management and appointments
c. Maintained staff training matrix, residents and staff files
d. Record and monitor annual leave, sickness and other administrative tasks.
e. Assist with payroll functions

Liaise partner agencies and professionals such as Social workers, CPNs, Consultants,

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
- Knowledge of IT systems
