**Minimum Qualification**: Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3)
**Working Hours**: 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term-time with additional holiday hours

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced **Baby Room Leader** who can demonstrate creativity, initiative and inspiration, both in their approach to early education and supporting the nursery management team.

Our Baby Room Leader should understand the importance of demonstrating effective leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organisation. **Experience of leading a high quality Baby Room is necessary for this role.**

You'll be supporting the Nursery Manager to reinforce our ethos and values and deliver high quality early years education to pre-schoolers. Not only that, you'll be putting your leadership skills to the test by up-skilling and inspiring your room staff to deliver the very best learning experiences for the children in our care.
