Summary

We are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join our team at QCE Nurseries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality early years education and fostering positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursery room team to deliver high-quality early years education.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning activities that meet the developmental needs of each child.
  • Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for working with children and commitment to their development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
