We are recruiting two Babies Room Leaders for our Harborne Road and Norfolk Road Nurseries in Edgbaston.

The Room Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the baby department and supporting the management team ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

They will be caring, creative and a reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education is essential and experience in a Senior Role is preferred.

**There is a financial incentive attached to the role for anyone new to a permanent role in the Early Years sector or returning to the sector after 6 months.**
