**What we are looking for.**

We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who would be based out of our Nottingham warehouse and will be responsible for closely working with our retail partners for the Europe market.

**What you would be doing.**
- Be the customer experience champion for EU orders
- Input client's purchase orders into D365
- Raise Credit Notes when needed
- Liaise with delivery providers, and provide order status & tracking information to the clients
- Investigate complaints and concerns, and work closely with different departments to provide solutions to the clients
- Respond to client inquiries and create replacement orders as required

**What skills and qualifications do you need?**
- Experience working in a distribution environment
- Excellent organization skills and demonstrating accuracy and detail orientation are a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient word processing skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Relevant education and experience in order management, administrative or sales support role
