At Stratstone, our Customer Experience Advisors are responsible for managing the influx of new and prospective enquiries received, through calls and all digital channels. You’ll provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our seasoned Sales Executives.

**You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:

- Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
- Championing the enquiry process, supporting our Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements, ensuring each interaction is tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Collaborating with the Digital Expert/Marketing team to provide content for a variety of Social Media streams
- Providing in-depth insights to our associates about products and technological updates
- Securely maintaining accurate enquiry information and providing ad-hoc administrative support to our dealership

**Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone Associate? We’re looking for someone who is**:

- Equipped with previous customer experience, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
- A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference that each person makes
- Confident communicator who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
- Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
