**What you’ll be doing**:
Working within Pumping Planning & Scheduling, you’ll manage the in-day schedule for Thames Waters field technicians. You’ll be responsible for dispatching work efficiently throughout the month, ensuring that field technicians have the correct work in a sensible order, considering travel radius and skill sets, whilst processing ad hoc requests and dispatching high priority work such as alarms as required throughout the day.

Being organised is key, prioritising your work with different systems and communicating with your planner and work together to ensure maximum completion of the planned maintenance, whilst effectively utilising all the resources in the field.

**What you should bring to the role**:

- Previous **experience in a customer focussed role**, ideally with scheduling of field based teams
- Able to **prioritise under pressure** and adapt to change
- A **team player** with a can do attitude
- **Excellent communication** skills
