As our Fraud Operations team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities, we’re seeking a Fraud Operations Admin Support advisor to join us.

You’ll be an important member of the team - it’ll be down to you to support our fraud teams and help to keep the bank and our customers safe from illegal activity.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Supporting the Fraud team with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses
- Carrying out support functions (such as securing/recovering funds, money movement requests, loading cases on to the system based on manual referrals received, closing accounts and mailbox completion)
- Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience
- Review incoming documentation connected to the case resolution and ensure this accurately reflects on the case notes

**What you’ll bring.**
- Good knowledge of Risk Management
- Ability to complete multiple tasks on different workstreams on a daily basis
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
- Good knowledge of Partenon
- Knowledge or experience of fighting fraud and financial crime
- Excellent attention to detail

**What else you need to know.**

This permanent role is currently mainly based working from home however you are expected to attend the office on a weekly basis between 1-3 days a week.

This could increase dependent on business requirements so ability to commute into the office is required.

You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

All interviews will be conducted via Teams.
